Richard is a well-versed property development professional with a strong track record in delivering successful projects for more than 40 years. Known for excellent project management and a practical approach, he has been involved in the planning, delivery and growth of a wide range of property developments from hotels to social housing to hospitality venues and beyond.
Tim Woodward
Tim brings more than 60 years of family heritage in volume building to the Modba team. After carrying out senior roles with leading Victorian volume builders, he owned and operated a design-and-build construction company and wholesale aggregation business servicing builders and government-funded projects. Tim has also consulted within international modular construction manufacturing and remains a committed advocate for affordable and sustainable construction methods.
Nathan Theos
Nathan is a highly skilled and respected construction executive with more than 30 years experience in Tier One construction businesses. Proficient across the entire development process from planning and cost management to design, feasibility and handover, Nathan is passionate about bringing modular construction to life with proven expertise on hotel and co-living projects in Australia.
